Not the right fit? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price you paid — no explanation needed. Return postage is at your own cost. If your dress arrives faulty or damaged, we'll send a free replacement and you keep the original. This is on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

Dresses must be unworn, with tags still attached — so try them on over your own underwear and avoid make-up or fragrance transfer.

Check your bust, waist and hip against our size chart rather than going by the size you usually wear — cuts vary between styles. If you're between two sizes, go up; a dress that's slightly loose is easier to live with than one that pulls.
